Services
Atlas Meridian provides revenue-recovery and operational-modernization services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any service are described at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.
Purchases & Payment
- Prices are listed at the point of purchase and are in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
- Certain offers are one-time purchases; others are recurring. Recurring terms are disclosed at purchase.
Deliverables & Turnaround
Where we state an expected delivery window (for example, a diagnostic delivered within 48 hours), we make reasonable efforts to meet it. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the information you provide and the completeness of your intake.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is described at the point of purchase. Where a refund is issued, it is processed to the original payment method, and related communications and sequences are discontinued. Because our services involve customized work, refunds may be limited once work has begun.

By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from Atlas Meridian related to the services and tools you engage with, including your free Revenue Recovery Check results and follow-up. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to intake requests in a timely manner, and use our services lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit about your business.
Intellectual Property
All materials we provide — including diagnostics, reports, templates, and systems — remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use deliverables for your own business; you may not resell or redistribute them.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific revenue, financial, or business outcomes; results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own implementation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Meridian’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
